APPLY TO ADOPT

1.  Please read through our Adoption Qualifications or call us for more information before applying.

2.  Download the application form.  The application requires that you have Adobe Acrobat to view and print it.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, please click here for your free version and click "download now."

3.  Complete the application and enclose within it:

  Color copies of the front two pages of each parents passport
  Color copies of each parents driver's license
  A couple color photos of your family
  Copy of your most recent homestudy (if you have it) with homestudy agency license attached
  Copy of your USCIS Approval (if you have it)
  $250.00 Application Fee

4.  Mail everything to:

*If you are in a hurry and want the application in right away to place a hold on a Waiting Child, you may fax us a copy at 360.539.8447 and pay using Pay Pal, then mail us the completed materials listed above.  Please contact us immediately if you wish to do this.
